for the kärtner landesausstellung, a series of augmented reality experiences are designed that revitalize the industrial heft complex. to celebrate the architecture of günther domenig, traces of hes ouvre are superimposed with the existing surrounding. a series of stylegan neuralnets are translated into lightweight particle systems, creating the sensation of sculptural columns, in the language of domenig, slowly crystalizing in the space.

due to connectivity issues in the remote area, a lightweight web-based augmented reality interface was developed. the final exhibition piece translated 2D stylegan outputs into 3D artefacts inside the physical space.

the augmented experience aims to disolve the visual and formal aesthetics of the site and the intevention, allowing the viewing of the original intention domenig had with the space.
